Hello and Welcome to the first annual edition of the Design Football awards. It's been a great year for Design Football in 2009 and I must say looking around at all graphics there's has been some amazing designs! Now DF are giving you the chance to put your thoughts about who deserves credit for their work.

The following is the list of all the awards which are up for grabs this year:

- DF Best Kit Contributor Award - This award goes to the member you feel has contributed the best designs overall.
- DF Member of the Year - This goes to the overall member of the year.
- DF Most Underrated - This goes to the member who doesn't get much credit but at the same time, has been producing great kits.
- DF Promising Member - The member you believe will go onto producing great kits the next year.
- DF Most Constructive (Helpful) Member - This award goes to the member you believe to be the most helpful when commenting on designs.
- DF Helpful Member - This award goes to the member you believe to be the most helpful when problem/queries occurs.
- DF Best Design Style - This award goes to the member who you believe has the presents their designs the best way.
- DF Best Logo of the Year - This award goes to who you feel has designed the best logo in 2009. (Pease state the link if possible)

All you have to do is send Me a Private Message (that is, click on my name (top right of this post, and then click 'Write a Message') and paste in the categories and your results. Please make the PM title - DF Awards
I shall then process the results and when the voting closes i shall announce the results.

ONLY DESIGNS SUBMITTED IN 2009 AND BY EXISTING MEMBERS CAN BE ACKNOWLEDGED (sorry!!)

Thanks for setting this up Perkin3, hopefully there will be a decent turn out votes wise. It's been stickied as you've probably already noticed.

To give this a bit more scope it'll be posted as a blog entry too.

That's quite disappointing, post a new deadline day and I'll get it posted up. I totally forgot about it last time. Sorry.

I guess that will be no change in voting. It's a bit hard to count all the work that was made last year. If someone could synthesize that and present for each category the top 10 from wich we can vote the winner, then I guess we will have some results.

I agree probably would have been best to have posted your favourite designs from the past year and then let us vote on them.

not brilliantly to be honest. About the awards itself i really wanted to know your own opinion about who should win (and i wouldn't of wanted your personal winner not to be on the list would i?)
