The partnership between the Panini group and Grimoldi Milano – the renowned fashion watch company and jewelers based in Milan – has produced an exclusive watch inspired by the famous "rovesciata" (bicycle kick) icon which is a characteristic feature of all the  Panini Italian football sticker collections since the very first collection published in 1961.

The watch, crafted with the flair and skill of Grimoldi Milano, is a limited edition of only fifty pieces. The red outline of the bicycle kick on the watch face represents and embodies the Panini universe:  looking for the stickers,  collecting and playing with them,  as well as all the  emotions aroused by the Panini  football stickers which  have excited and entertained  at  least three generations  of football fans of all ages.

Adidas launched their new adiFC World Cup 2010 Spring collection. Germany, Italy, Brazil and England, four countries playing in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa are represented with this collection of the adidas adiFC.

Underneath the tranluscent outsoles of each pair you’ll find either the German, Italian, Brazilian, or English flag.

In celebration of the upcoming World Cup 2010 , Yohji Yamamoto and adidas launched the Y-3 Spring/Summer 2010 collection

Yohji Yamamoto displayed a sure populist touch by phrasing his unisex collection for Y-3, the collaboration with adidas, in a language that everybody will be speaking next summer: football. Jésus Luz (Madonna’s boyfriend) was among the models showing off a collection that included see-through shirts, scarves and tube dresses made from laser-cut netting, high-concept trainers and very low-slung harem pants. Black aside, the colours came from the teams due in South Africa for the World Cup. Interspersed with Michael Jackson numbers, the soundtrack was national anthems.

Entering its second season, Originals by Originals (ObyO) continues to bring together unique personalities who have each created a groundbreaking mini collection under one umbrella. Fashion designer Jeremy Scott and streetwear icon Kazuki remain creative partners of the concept. Sport and style icon David Beckham, in collaboration with James Bond from Undefeated, complete the line-up as an authentic addition that brings a luxury take on classic streetwear.

Each of the apparel, footwear and accessories articles celebrates the authenticity, creativity and originality that the Trefoil brand stands for. Products will be available in select boutiques and fashion doors from August 1st, followed by a second global retail launch in Originals stores on October 1st. David Beckham and James Bond were inspired by the mix of classic American sportswear and fabrics with fashionable silhouettes and details. The apparel range features luxury materials such as cashmere and silk, whereas the footwear builds on iconic adidas products, such as the ZX8000. Key items of the FW09 range include the Leather Puffer Jacket and the Marathon TR Mid, featuring GoreTex® technology and a sole formed by small Trefoils, both highlighting David’s personal style. On top of the classic apparel and footwear pieces, David Beckham and James Bond have also developed accessories for men, and even a long sleeve thermal shirt and pants for underneath.
