Well here it is, decided that the first team to garner some interest should be a well supported 'big team, so I'll post a choice of 4 teams and just reply to this with the team you think should be made...

The choices are:

• 1 - Paris Saint-Germain


• 4 - Sevilla


• 1 - Galatasaray


• 2 - Roma

Exp. 01/06/09

Rules:

• I will be judging the first competition and then the winner will judge the next etc.


• The judge isn't able to compete in the competition since they are judging.


• The winner of this competition will be able to decide the next team to be designed, or they can put it to a vote like I am doing.


• Time scale is up to the judge but I guess a few of weeks is good.


• People who plagiarise others work will be disqualified and fired from a trebuchet.


• Home kits only will be judged, but feel free to make an away kit if you feel like it.


• Kits can be designed on computer or by hand whatever the designer prefers.


• Any kit manufacturer or sponsor logos may be used.

That's pretty much it, happy voting, and to get the ball rolling I will vote for Galatasaray.

I think roma, but will people who have already uploaded roma (or which ever team it is) kits into the fantasy kits Album be accounted for when judging the competition?

Well hopefully we'll have a new section set up where all the kits that are to be entered into the competition can be uploaded to. So no kits elsewhere in the forum won't be entered unless re-uploaded to the new dedicated section of the site for official entry.

Roma sounds good. home, away, third?

are you allowed to do hand-drawns?

I didn't really think about home/away etc. but I think it'd be best just to do home, might be a bit confusing to have two different winners if we did have home and away kits being posted.

Yeah hand drawn kits will be more than welcomed. Be nice to see something really original might even score extra points with the judge!

Well when the competition gets under way a new board will be set up and you upload your creation there. Simple as that. Will be home kit only for which ever team is selected.

Pretty good timing really as their new kits have just been released and a lot of people are claiming they look cheap so will be nice to see what other people come up with.

I always loved their paint stripes one, thought that design was genius.

Anyway I'll go about getting a gallery set up so people can post their entries...

any rules about the sponsor or kitmaker (must be joma or can be else)? and where will we posting our works?

Any sponsor is fine or no sponsor too, it can be joma or something else just make the work impressive.

The competition will be officially launched soon, and a new gallery will be made where you can post your kits.

Oh and their is a prize for the winner

Well I'll be interested to here what you think would be more suitable.

Sevilla's newest released kits feature no sponsor logo at all so I wouldn't personally add one, but I think it doesn't matter much if you do as long as it identifies with Sevilla as a team, maybe adding some Andalucian sponsor or something like that would add most meaning, but I really think it should be optional.

I will provide vector and .png versions of the Sevilla logo for people to download too.
