Really not enough blue for a Tromsø, but the design is really good, not sure the gold would work if you did a straight swap from black to blue.
An idea for you, you could do extremes of european football, most westernly I guess would be Nacional or Madeira etc. etc.
Good idea, doing University teams (U de deportes, U de Chile, UNAM, UCD Dublin....) and thats another good one. I think the most easterly top flight European team is Lokomotiv Astana (or at least one based in a capital, might be lokomotiv Chita in Russia, and the most Southern is Tenerife, so Ive got the bases covered.
