Generic Description:
I\'ve used elements from a few previous crests to influence the design. The shape of 3., the panther from 2. and the star, recoloured from 1.
I\'ve also included something to represent the city, the ferns and crown from the coat of arms. I feel the asymmetry gives the crest a more modern feel.
