      @Oakleighman thank you for your kind words. Japanese soccer shirts definitely are more cluttered than European teams would allow

    Visual mess - that what's coming to mind at a first glance - too many patterns with no success at the end . I like the circle pattern of a small dots .
    Leave them and make something out of them to save the design . Umbro pattern from neck to shoulders looks isolated . Umbro logo could look better in black , the big black circle on the jersey reminds me a toocan , but without a beak being replaced with crescent , and sleeve trims are not communicating with a collar . Keep it up !

      @Olga131172 thank you for your honest appraisal. The "toucan" design, as you call it, is the emblem of Iwata town. Japanese soccer shirts have favoured multiple patterns, whether these are a visual mess or a success is a matter of taste.
