I've had to just take the Capitoline wolf from the existing logo, I've not had time to tidy it up. ASR logo and shield shape are improved with the seven hills of Rome represented in the red/orange boundary.

It is not easy to get the seven hills Rome idea of yours ( only three out of seven clearly visible) , as it simply looks river wive. Perhaps, relegating the hills idea on the top portion of the shield would have been better choice.
