I liked the red, yellow and black details on Alakazzam's kit. Pattern also looks nice.

The details on RSL's kit look good, but I think that the turtleneck collar, the main feature of the kit IMO, really doesn't work on a football kit.

To be honest, both kits look nice, but are quite dull to some extent. Overall, Alakazzam's kit has a better design, so he gets my vote on this round.

Alakazzam gets my vote. RSL I like subtle kits, but sometimes you can be a bit too subtle IMO

This competition gets tougher to judge every time and given what is at stake, I will try to judge at par with the round.

RSL's France kit is out of the box and in a very good way. The kit is elegant, simple yet sublime. The presentation is great as always. Although the kit is from a different brand, it still falls in line with what Nike has been creating for France. Elegant kits that reflect the pompous France. The neck is very risky and innovative. I love the level of risk taking at this level. This is what concept or fantasy design is all about. The turtle neck collar, is unheard of. If in fact, the materials and what not are explained, it may in fact work. The color is nice. The two-toned band is very nice, maybe out of place a bit. Maybe it could have gone horizontally instead, but that is just a question of taste. It can, though, border an Italy kit the more I look at it. It is a great kit. 9/10 in my book. Very few negative points to this. Congrats.

Alakazzam's Belgium kit is nice and simple though it can get tired-some to continue seeing the simple polo inspired shirts. It is very elegant kit compared to what Belgium currently wears, which to me is a monstrosity. I don't know if I can see Burrda creating such a kit. I have problems with the positioning of the crest and sponsor. It is very high up in the jersey and it does not go well. An entry this safe at this point I believe can hinder the chances of any body. This kit has been overdone and I can see an "easy" creative thought process with this. 7/10 to this kit. Congrats!

My vote: RSL. Innovation should always be at the top of list when checking off the different points when judging a fantasy or concept kit. This surely gets the essence of the competition. Congrats to both.

Neither kit here overly excites me - Belgium is nice - france with a round neck, or any other collar for that matter, would be nice. Hats off for taking the risk but don't feel it's paid off. My vote goes to alakazzam.

Alakazzam, great use of colors and perfect collar for the kit. Clean and very nice.
RSL was excessively simple.

Whilst I appreciate what RSL has tried to do with turtleneck and a unique look. I just don't think it is practical, it would be uncomfortable to wear on the pitch. Also, Alakazzam's kit is stunning! Very simple with some great features.

Alakazzam for me. I'm normally p. okay with subtle plain kits, but the lack of basically any trim or something similar on the france kit makes it a bit of a disappointment for me. Great standalone design, however.

Well it's not looking good! Thanks everybody who voted for me - i'm slightly disappointed i didn't contest this more; it seems i would have done better if i had added more elements to my kit, but i did this during the design process and really felt that they negatively affected my overall design vision. It's my opinion that a France kit has to be minimal and simple to fit with the image of the country and their team, but it seems this opinion is not universal! The collar was supposed to be similar to that which you see on many base layers worn by footballers in winter, so it was intended to not be uncomfortable at all - I went with it as a risky stylistic touch. Irvingperceni's comments kind of nailed it with how I wanted this design be viewed. I've been a bit like the Dutch in the real World Cup, it seems; showed some promise but fallen at the final hurdle!

Best of luck to Alakazzam in the final, a worthy finalist :-)
