Sorry, if we cannot agree in this, but I have right to have own view on things l cleary see excactly as l've noticed.

I'm not 100% sure what this argument is about but surely in a "flag-based kit competition" the likelihood is that more than one person will present a kit in which the flag of a country is the basis of the design. That's kindof the point. If we're now saying that one person is copying another if they base a kit on a flag, when someone else has already based another kit on another flag - with a similar element - we're going to get problems.

The Croatia kits seemed to share some traits - and several clearly distinguishing details - but the supposed "original" kit was uploaded subsequently. Apparently it was previously hosted on another blog but there's no evidence the person being accused had ever visited that site, and it's a bit of a leap to suggest they would have done. Most likely a coincidence, and certainly not enough evidence to accuse otherwise.

As far as the Macedonia/Japan kits are concerned, I think the first Macedonia kit - it seems to have been reuploaded with tweaks several times - is fantastic. The Japan kit takes inspiration from a flag similar to that of Macedonia but adapts it in a completely different way.

The only reason I'm commenting on this is because calling someone a "p*ssy" on here really isn't acceptable. There's no real evidence of any plagiarism and no justification for being abusive. There may be differences of opinion on this site but we don't get aggressive with each other, certainly not using that kind of language.

Even if you stick to this belief that CiaranW90 has taken inspiration from your designs - something that fuels the evolution of kit design fashions anyway - perhaps its worth considering that imitation is considered by some to be the sincerest form of flattery.

There's no denying that the Croatia kits are similar. A mere coincidence, as I hadn't seen the other and used the same base layer as a Latvia kit I'-) done before. However, claiming that this design has been stolen is quite frankly laughable.
