- Generic Description: This crest features a bust of Ares - the god of war - for whom the club is named, on a shield and sword. Also featured on the shield is the Vergina Sun - a symbol of the Macedonia region of Greece, where the club is located. Finally, Aris FC in Greek is placed on ribbons hanging from the shield.
