- Generic Description: For my entry into the comp I didn\'t want to go for a retro inspired to design because that would be ignoring the present and future, so I\'ve gone for something simple and classic. I have simplified the badge to contain purely the three lions with 1 rose above symbolising the 1966 triumph. No need for any text as it is instantly identifiable as England. The colour scheme is inspired by the kit England wore during the first ever international match against Scotland: White Shirts, White Shorts and Navy Socks. It\'s a combination that hasn\'t been repeated since, so it seems an apt occasion for it to return
