Based on Super Mario, the popular videogame hero created by Nintendo.
Nintendo headquarters are located in Kyoto, and they\'re the one of the main sponsors of the club (in the front of the shirt you can see their logo in japanese, despite it\'s usually in the back).
The number with a circle around tries to look like the Super Mario logo.
