I suppose you're right regarding the colour change. It's quite refreshing to see clubs combine old and new colour schemes.

White pinstripe would certainly brighten it up a bit. Might get onto that at somepoint.

No other team plays in black and blue in Englands top 4 tiers, so it gives the dale some identity of their own.

on the kit, t it does remind me of the adidas 2008 template used by romania and nigeria, and many others ( the smiley bit) The black and white bit is great though, and its a pretty good design, bit of work and yove got a pretty strong template

On the black and blue, perhaps the club should add white pinstripes between the blue and black stripes, for the full Tricolour effect.
