The design is alright, not very adidas in style though for me, the side panel look funny and more so when mixed in with the panel on the sleeves.

The amount of colours used here doesn't help either, you need to make a decision between the white, gold or dark blue as the secondary colour on the shirt and a lesser extent on the shorts. The poppy is a nice touch but it doesn't help the aesthetics being red with all those other colours.
