In my opinion this is a great idea for a competition. I have experience using SketchUp so I think I'm gonna take part, but it would be better if you extended the closing date.

- Newcastle United are unable to expand the current St. James Park due to a combination of listed buildings and underground metro structures. This site (in picture) very close to the current ground has just been cleared and is a potential site for a new stadium. The stadium should seat at least 60,000 with room to expand if needed. Car parking is a must due to the ground\'s city centre location.
