I like the use of the subtle badges/3 stripes. I think possibly the stripes would work better if they were just on the top of the shoulders (similar to Derby's kit season just finished) and leave the sleeves plain.

Thanks for the feedback, I was thinking about putting the stripes there but I've used the stripes like I have here on a few designs, so I decided to keep it.
