Generic Description:
My local club has needed a crest updated for years. The old one is overly detailed and out of date, with the addition of the outer rings a few years ago just making things worse (The badge has the founding date, 1883 on it twice).
The new design aims to keep a lot of the original features while updating them. The central shield features the Stockport viaduct, one of the largest brick structures in the world and ties the crest back to Stockport's industrial roots.
