Home kit for the team from La Paz, capital of Bolivia and one of the biggest clubs in the country, and one with a fantastic colour combination. I posted up a shirt earlier, this one has no sleeve and lower shirt back sponsors, and a new collar (there should be more Bolivar shirts on here IMO)
