- Generic Description: The home shirt is the traditional black and blue striped shirt, and it features a snake skin pattern, inspired by the symbol of the team (and one of the symbols of the city of Milan), the "Biscione" (The word biscione is a masculine augmentative of Italian feminine biscia "grass snake", corrupted from bistia, ultimately from Latin bestia, "beast"), which derives from the coat of arms of the Visconti family and then also the coat of arms of the Sforza family, the two noble families that ruled the City in the Middle Ages.The Biscione is also present inside the collar with the Milanese flag, white with a red cross.
