- Generic Description: This Atalanta Home Jersey is inspired by the home jersey worn in the 1962-1963 season. At that time, Atalanta won the Coppa Italia Trophy after defeating Torino in The Final Match on June 2, 1963. The trophy was the first major trophy in Atalanta's history. At that time, the jersey only consisted of blue-black stripes and no additional features, including the logo. The logo used for this home jersey is a female figure named "Atalanta", a hero in Ancient Greek mythology, who was depicted in the club logo in 1963. Appearing in two different tones of gold, the logo brings a very classy touch to the jersey. The cotton melange patterns on each blue stripe give the jersey a vintage feel. The sleeve cuffs and Mandarin collar, both black, also make this jersey even more similar to the jersey worn in the 1962-1963 season, only the laces are replaced with buttons. To make it look even more similar, don't forget that there are two blue horizontal stripes on the top of the black socks.
