    Very nice work…

    I’m trying like crazy to figure out what to do to get the logo effect going. So i started with Marvelous, but i couldn’t get it right, then i saw your tutorials, tried that as well but not with the expected result, then someone told me to use substance 3d sampler for the logo, photoshop for mapping, marvelous for the jersey, and blender for the render.

    What is the perfect workflow??

      Thanks, mate!

      For the TPU 3d logos I usually make, I use the following workflow:
      1. I do the height map in Photoshop, which should result in a image like this: https://i.postimg.cc/xYhCmBQc/kawasaki-height.png (the lighter parts are higher, and the darker ones are lower).
      2. Then I go to this website: https://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/ and generate the normal map from the height map.
      3. I apply the normal map to the logo in Marvelous Designer.
      4. Lastly, I render the design in Blender.

      However, lately I've been using embroidered logos instead of TPU ones. For this effect, the workflow in way simpler:
      1. I get a vector of the logo (or create one myself - It can be .ai, .eps or .svg).
      2. Then I use the vector logo in DRAWings4, which is a embroidery software (you can find it here: https://www.drawstitch.com/index.php/Downloads/DRAWings_Evaluation/ - the evaluation edition works just fine for this), generate a embroidered version of the logo and then export it as a .png image.
      3. Since the embroidered logo has some 'blank spaces' in it, I usually place it over the regular logo in Photoshop, so it doesn't have any gaps (here's how it should look: https://i.postimg.cc/jt7vcmFD/Sapporo-albedo.png).
      4. I usually also make a simple height map to use in blender, just to give it a small bump (here's an example: https://i.postimg.cc/VzvBJTPG/Sapporo-disp.png - notice it's way less detailed than the TPU one).
      5. I use the embroidered logo in Marvelous Designer without a normal map.
      6. Lastly, I render it in Blender.

      That's pretty much it! Let me know if you need any help with this :)

      @raffe I'm so sorry to be bothering you (again) , but im really struggling with this, and i can't find the right tutorial for it.

      I downloaded an example file with a Napoli logo and tried to replicate it with the exact same settings, and i almost dont get any height on my logo at all:
      Second thing is, i need to apply the different fabrics/textures to different part of the logo, i don't see where? like this on your St Pauli logo, which looks so freaking cool .

      Is there a button I haven't seen, or something else, what am i doing wrong?
